What is butt rub? How long would I cook chicken legs? And, when is your cookbook going to be ready? I am anxiously awaiting!!!
Butt Rub is a bbq seasoning with slat, paprika garlic an pepper. For chicken legs in your air fryer, google it. I’ve only made wings and turkey thighs. The book will be announced in the newsletter when it’s ready. I’m anxiously awaiting it too! lol
I noticed you interchanged wings and legs. Does this recipe work equally well for turkey wings and turkey legs? Is the cooking time the same?
My apologies for that, it should’ve said legs. Wings being smaller and less meaty would require less cooking time, especially the thinner part of the wing. I would cook it 10 minutes less, and check for doneness at that point. If it needs more time, then add another 3-5 minutes
