Slightly sweet, succulent mini crepes, made using no fats other than cooking spray. This is an LF but totally suitable for EFB as it’s virtually carb free. You can vary this by cutting back the sweetener, omitting the extracts and using herbs and spices to make it savory instead.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup SweetEs slimming blend
- 1/8 tsp mineral salt
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp xantham gum
- 1/2 tsp aluminum free baking powder
- 2 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp butter extract
- 1/4 tsp caramel extract
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup unsweetened nut milk
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, mix until smooth
- Pour contents onto heated, lightly sprayed griddle, 2 Tbsp at a time, smooth out with back of spoon using circular motion.
- Cook 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.
