So much healthier!
Just checked you CWSM recipe on the website. No sweetener???
No, it’s never had sweetener added. You add sweetener of your choice to your taste.
Much healthier
Coffee has never been the same since using CWSM!!!!.. For years I drank my coffee with International Delight creamer….when I began THM, I thought I’d never be able to enjoy coffee again…. and now using CWSM, I LOVE my coffee in the morning once again!!! 🙂
Wohoo! glad to hear it!
Great benefits. Nothing like using something that is “more than just a pretty face”
only way I drink my coffee, 1 scoop cwsm, 1 tsp each mct and coconut oil blended with immersion blender. used to use coffee creamer.
A good way to get in those nutritious and beneficial supplements!
fat burning and delicious!
Had to make more, finally, of this mix and for the first time I actually put it in the blender. Boy what a difference it makes.
Blending it isn’t required, but it allows all of the ingredients to marry well.
What does “CWSM” stand for?
I think that it is abbreviations of the ingredients: collagen, whey, sunflower and mineral
Collagen, Whey,Sunflower lecithin, Mineral salt
Hi Elena, is the THM collagen fine in place of the collagen peptides?
Hi Clare, the THM collagen is collagen peptides. THM is just the brand and because I don’t want to limit anyone to any particular brand, I just call it what it is. THM, Great Lakes and Custom Collagen are just a few of the brands available to you.
Is there a single serving of this to try before I put all of those ingredients together and not like it? 🙂
If you use collagen and whey, then there’s nothing not to like….
I understand that:) I’ve tried a hot cocoa mix something like this and it went in the garbage. That’s why I was curious about the single serve ?
You can try mixing 1 Tbsp each of whey & collagen then adding maybe 1/8 tsp is sunflower lecithin and a pinch of salt.
This isn’t to “flavor” your drinks, so much as it’s a way to get these beneficial nutrients in, by adding them to your drinks.
can I put the dry Mct powder in this mix than it would be done and how much would you add to this recipe does anyone know? thanks in advance
Yes you can. It depends on how much MCT you want in each serving. If you want 1 tsp, then you’re adding either 16 tsp or 32 tsp, depending on how much CWSM you use.
The CWSM makes 16 servings of 2 T each- or 32 servings of 1 Tbsp each.
Based on which serving size you choose, your new amount (w/added MCT), will be 1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp – or 2 Tbsp plus 2 tsp of your new CWSMM- mix
Will this work to put in hot tea?
Yes. It works in any drink. Tea, coffee, lemonade. Etc
