Ingredients
- 1 lb top sirloin streak 1" thick
- 1/2 tsp mineral salt
- 1 tsp adobo seasoning
- 1/2 tsp steak grilling seasoning
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Place steak in flat dish
- Season both sides with salt, adobo, steak seasoning and black pepper
- Pour Worcestershire sauce over steak and let marinade for 30-60 minutes
- Heat oven safe grill pan on stove top, with coconut oil
- Add steak and sear each side for 1-2 minutes until nice grill marks appear
- Transfer grill pan to oven, and continue cooking 8-15 minutes depending on your preferred doneness.
- Let steak rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
This steak requires some time for the marinade to soak in, but the cooking afterwards is fairly quick. I like my steaks well done, so I’d go the whole 15 minutes. If you prefer it less cooked, reduce the time accordingly

Oh my word! This was fabulous, and I don’t even like steak! My husband and children loved it as well. This is definitely a keeper. Thanks, Elena!
Yay, glad you and the family enjoyed it!
You’re welcome. So glad you gave it a try!
I’m making a double batch. One to take on my trip and one for the family that stays behind! ?
