Warmed Kale Salad (EFB) ​

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Nutiva buttery coconut oil
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1 Pinch of mineral salt
  • 1/8 tsp adobo seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp creole seasonings
  • 2 Tbsp diced red bell peppers
  • 1 Tbsp diced scallions

Instructions

  • Place oil in frying pan over medium high heat.
  • Place kale in bowl, spray with cooking spray, then sprinkle seasonings, tossing to combine.
  • Add kale to hot pan, toss with tongs until just heated, about 3 minutes. Do not cook. Serve warm.
