Instructions
Place oil in frying pan over medium high heat.
Place kale in bowl, spray with cooking spray, then sprinkle seasonings, tossing to combine.
Add kale to hot pan, toss with tongs until just heated, about 3 minutes. Do not cook. Serve warm.
