Perfect Power Cookies (F) ​

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup golden flax meal (if you have seeds grind them)
  • 1/2 cup almond meal/flour
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds optional
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1/3 cup SweetEs fusion sweet
  • 1/4 tsp mineral salt
  • 1 tsp ghee or melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Combine dry ingredients in bowl, whisk to combine
  • Add oil and butter, mix well with wooden spoon.
  • Add egg mix well.
  • Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Form dough into 15 equal sized balls.
  • Place on cookie sheet
  • Press each ball flat and bake for 20 minutes.

Notes

**for Chocolate chip version, add 1/4 cup Lilys chocolate chips
