Ingredients
- 1 c frozen diced okra
- 1 c unsweetened nut milk
- 1/4 c raw oats
- 1/2 small banana
- 1 Tbsp defatted peanut flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp caramel extract
- 1 tsp MCT oil
- 1-2 pinch of salt
- 4 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet (can use gentle sweet)
- 1 scoop hydrolyzed collagen peptides
- 1/2 tsp glucomannan
- 1/2 tsp sunflower lecithin powder
- 1 scoop whey protein isolate
- 2 c ice
Instructions
- Put all ingredients except lecithin, whey, and ice in high speed blender.
- Blend for 90 seconds
- Add last three ingredients- blend for 1 minute.

Another great way we hide the okra. Sometimes I add a little cocoa powder for a Reese’s taste shake. Yummy
