Ingredients

The Rolls

1 large egg
1 Tbsp Nutiva buttery coconut oil
1 Tbsp coconut flour
1 Tbsp almond flour
1/4 tsp aluminum free baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 heaping Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
Pinch of mineral salt

The Glaze

1 Tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp butter
1 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
1 tsp heavy cream
2 tsp water
Pinch of salt

Instructions

The Rolls

Combine egg, coconut oil, flours, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, fusion sweet and salt in in mug.
Mix well.
Nuke for 60 seconds.
Top with Cream Cheese Glaze
To make glaze, soften cream cheese in microwave
Mix remaining ingredients in bowl. Spread on muffin.
