Ingredients

  • 1/2 c blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 c frozen diced okra
  • 1/4 c old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 c 1% or 2% cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c unsweetened cashew milk
  • 3/4 c water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp CWSM
  • 4 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
  • 1/2 tsp glucomannan
  • 1 tsp MCT oil

Instructions

  • Pour all ingredients in blender, purée til smooth
  • Add 2 cups of ice, blend until broken up
