Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened nut milk
- 1/2 cup diced frozen okra
- 2 Tbs SweetEs fusion sweet
- pinch of mineral salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp matcha powder green tea
- 1/2 tsp vanilla ghee or butter
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats ground into flour
- 1 Tbsp oat fiber
- 1/4 tsp butter extract
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Place milk and okra in high speed blender. Purée til smooth, then pour into saucepan over medium heat
- Add all other ingredients except egg, to saucepan and whisk briskly until smooth. Turn heat to low and allow to cook for 4-5 minutes.
- While mixture is cooking, temper egg by adding to coffee mug and beating with fork. Add one tsp of hot mixture to egg and mix quickly and immediately. Repeat process until you’ve added 4 tsps of hot mixture into eggs, then pour tempered eggs into pan on stove, whisking immediately to keep from scrambling.
- Continue whisking as mixture thickens (1-2 minutes). Remove from heat, serve immediately- sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
