Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup canned coconut milk
- 1 Pinch mineral salt
- 5 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1/2 medium ripe avocado
- 1 tsp gelatin not collagen
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in food processor. Process until smooth
- Freeze until firm.
Notes
Dairy free option: replace heavy cream with more coconut milk

I just made it and it is in freezer, BUT I picked the spoon and oh my!!! How long until it is frozen? Please say just 30-45 min:)?
I LICKED spoon! And this is now frozen in about 1-2 hours and delish!! It has a mousse texture vs a melting ice cream taste. I love it!
It totally depends on your freezer.. 🙂 You could always have it as a soft serve.
