Ingredients

  • Oil for frying I used coconut
  • 3 tilapia filets I used previously frozen individual filets
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp creole seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp adobo seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Dredge

  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • Pinch of salt

Breading

  • 2 Tbsp almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese can
  • 2 Tbsp oat fiber
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp creole seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese can

Instructions

  • Place tilapia in single layer in dish, pour apple cider vinegar over both sides.
  • Season with creole, adobo , garlic and black pepper - set aside.
  • Place oil in pan to heat - then turn down to medium
  • In shallow bowl, beat egg, mayo, and salt together - set aside.
  • In another bowl or platter mix breading ingredients (be sure it’s flat/wide enough to fit your filets)
  • Dip tilapia into egg mixture , then into breading mixture coating both sides. Drop into hot pan, fry 3 minutes per side.
