Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 cup riced cauliflower
- 2 Tbsp lime or lemon juice
- 1 pinch Generous of mineral salt
Instructions
- Place skillet on stove over medium/high heat.
- Add oil and cilantro, sautéed for 1 minute.
- Add “rice” salt and lemon juice. Stir and cook for 4 minutes.
