I just came home from a trip to Estes Park, CO where every other shop was a chocolate factory. Did not indulge …..came home and made this within a few hours. Totally hit the spot!!! I will call this an emergency chocolate fix!
That’s exactly what lead to its being created! A chocolate emergency! Glad it did the job!
My husband has the worst sweet tooth. This more than took care of it! His comment “this is like awesome”
Husband approved. Wohoo!
Looks wonderful and can’t wait to try! Question is PB2 peanut powder?
Yes PB2 is peanut flour, but it does contain sugar. I endeavor to find products that do not contain sugar as often as I can. If you look at this recipe the peanut flour is written in green. All words in green are links to the products that I actually use.
Hi, Elena, the words “peanut flour” in the recipe are bolded but not a link. Which peanut flour do you use? Thanks
all of the ingredients are bolded in all recipes. Those that are actual links are in red. If it’s not red, it’s not a link. That said, this is what i use https://amzn.to/2Ir1MGa
Absolutely love this! Certainly satisfied that chocolate craving!
I threw my back out and have been on the couch feeling sorry for myself. This was easy for me to throw together and tastes amazing! Thanks for this recipe!
I’m sorry to hear about your back. Hope you’re on the mend soon! Soglad you enjoyed this quick fat torching snack!
Oh, this is so good!! If you make a double (or quadruple ?) batch, do you keep in the fridge or in the cupboard so the coconut oil doesn’t get hard?
I made my mine with cashew milk so I can only imagine the decadence when made with heavy cream.
Because of the milk, I would keep it in the fridge, yes. Glad you enjoyed it. I made a version today with no oil, and just almond milk.
Delicious! I made this, added chopped nuts, and rolled into little truffles. I grab a couple out of the freezer when I want some after dinner sweetness.
Perfect way to own it!
