If you’re a fan of ketchup on your (sweet potato) fries, or your burger, or even your steak, this is a yummy THM compliant version that you can whip up in a jif!
Ingredients
- 8 oz can no sugar add tomato sauce
- 3 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp blackstrap molasses
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1/8 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp mineral salt
- 1/2 tsp glucomannan
Instructions
- Place tomato sauce, sweetener and vinegar in saucepan over medium heat. Whisk to combine and bring to a gentle boil.
- Add all other ingredients, except glucomannan, whisking after each one
- Add glucomannan last and whisk energetically to be sure it all dissolves well.
- Turn heat down and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Store in mason jar in fridge
