Ingredients
- 1 tsp Nutiva buttery coconut oil
- 3 tilapia filets I used frozen that defrosted
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp mineral salt
- 1/4 tsp creole seasonings
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Place frying pan on stove with 1 tsp of oil to heat over medium high heat.
- Place filets in dish in single layer. Pour apple cider vinegar over filets, turning to coat both sides.
- Season with all seasonings on both sides.
- Drop filets carefully into hot pan. Pour acv from dish into pan. Cook 2 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat. Drizzle with lemon juice if necessary.
