I wanted something quick and effortless and sweet and savory.
And these were born.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
- 3 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup Lily's chocolate chips
- 1 pinch mineral salt
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 425
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread cheese out evenly until it’s about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle balance of ingredients in order listed, evenly over cheese-toss to mix-then spread out again
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until browned and crispy.
- Remove from oven and immediately slide parchment paper onto counter to stop cooking process. Cut with pizza cutter, or kitchen shears.

This is an easy and scrumptious recipe!!.. absolutely love it!! I used kitchen scissors to cut them up! I divided them up into 6 portions and they are in the freezer!.. Thank you Elena for such a GREAT recipe!

Do you microwave the frozen portions or just remove from freezer and allow them to come back to room temp?
Vicki, I don’t have a microwave, so I just pop it in my toaster oven. It would be also fine just allowing it to get to room temp. I just like my warm!
I would just leave it out and allow it to defrost normally. If you do microwave it, just remember it’s cheese based and it will melt.
OMG, this is such an easy and interesting recipe. Went together in a flash. I cut them up into little pieces, after they were cool, and popped them in the freezer.
Such a creative mind.
