Instructions

  • Make the Ganache (I keep this in my fridge)
  • Slice banana very thinly, set aside
  • Place yogurt in small bowl or cup- add sweetener and mix well
  • Layer as follows: Crackers, drizzle of ganache, thinly sliced bananas, more ganache, yogurt
  • Lightly drag point of butter knife over mixture to create pattern
