As fall (also known as all things pumpkin season) is approaching and we are looking for new and different ways to take the chill off, I thought I’d give pumpkin latte a try. Hope you enjoy it!
Ingredients
- 4 oz strongly brewed hot coffee
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 tsp cardamom
- 1/8 tsp ginger powder
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp buttery coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp CWSM
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin purée
- 3 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1/4 cup canned coconut milk
- 1/4 cup half n half can use nut milk
- 1 recipe of Homemade Whip Cream optional
Instructions
- Place hot coffee and next 8 ingredients in high-speed, heat safe blender. Set aside
- Place pumpkin purée, sweetener and milks in saucepan over medium heat. Whisk to combine. Let it heat 2-3 minutes, then add to blender
- Blend at highest speed for 30 seconds
- Pour into mug, top with Homemade Whip Cream if desired.
