Ingredients
- 8 oz double fermented kefir
- 4 oz canned coconut milk
- 1/2 Tbsp SweetEs Super Powder Blend
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder adds a real kick
- 1 Tbsp baobab powder
- 3 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet less if you want it less sweet
- 3 Tbsp SweetEs CWSM
- 1/2 cup diced frozen okra
- 1 pinch mineral salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients (except ice) in high speed blender- process on purée mode.
- Add ice blend until just broken up.
