This EFB (extreme fat burning) pancake is a cross between a pancake and a crepe. Full of aromatic, metabolism revving spices, it not only tastes good, it’s good for you. Go make them! You won’t regret it! And did I say they had zero carbs?!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup SweetEs slimming blend
- 1 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1 Tbsp Nutiva buttery coconut oil
- 1 large egg
- 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp mineral salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened nut milk
- SweetEs Whipped Cinnamon Butter
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Allow batter to sit for 10 minutes
- Heat griddle on stove, then grease liberally with buttery coconut oil
- Pour 1/8 cup of batter onto hot griddle, using the back of a spoon, and a gentle circular motion, spread batter out on pan. Allow to cook til set (3 minutes or so) then flip and cook other side.
- Top with SweetEs Whipped Cinnamon Butter if desired.
