Raw to ready in less than ten minutes. This soup hits the spot when you have a hankering for something quick and easy on a cold winters’ evening. I use my Dash blender on soup mode, toss everything in and let it run through the cycle.
Ingredients
- 8 oz chicken broth
- 8 oz can tomato sauce (no sugar added)
- 1/2 cup frozen diced okra
- 1 cup radishes
- 1/2 Tbsp SweetEs Flavor Smack seasoning
- 1/4 tsp mineral salt
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup diced scallions
- 1 recipe Simply Ground Chicken (if desired)
Instructions
- Place all items in high speed blender. Process on soup mode til done.
Notes
Soup on its own is low fuel, but if you add what I did it becomes a healthy fat. (F) Shown topped with Simply Ground Chicken and avocado slice
