This is not exactly a quick dish, but the end result is worth the extra effort. You can take short cuts by buying chopped cauliflower in bags, as well a ore diced onions and bell peppers.
Ingredients
- 8 oz package of bacon 10 slices
- 6 oz diced ham
- 2 heads cauliflower chopped into bite sized pieces
- 2 tsp SweetEs flavor smack
- 1 tsp mineral salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp bacon grease
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 1 cup mozzarella shredded & divided
- 1/4 cup green bell peppers. diced
Instructions
- Brown and drain bacon slices on paper towels - set aside
- Lightly brown ham pieces in bacon grease, tossing fir 4-5 minutes, add to dish with bacon-set aside.
- Chop cauliflower heads into bite sized pieces, place in large bowl
- Add flavor snack, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine
- Pour cauliflower mixture into cookie sheet, roast at 400 for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, pour contents back into large bowl-Add bacon grease, diced onions, mayonnaise and mustard, mix well.
- Dice bacon slices into small pieces, mix with ham, then add 3/4 of this mixture to cauliflower along with 1/2 cup of cheese. Stir to combine.
- Pour mixture into baking pan, top with remaining cheese, ham and bacon and diced bell peeper.
- Return to oven, bake for 15 minutes.
