Chocolate and banana… one of life’s perfect pairings!
Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- 2 Tbsp whey protein isolate powder
- 1/4 cup oats ground into flour
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp aluminum free baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp mineral salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 2 Tbsp egg whites
Instructions
- Place banana in mixing bowl. Mash with potato masher
- Add all other ingredients- mix well.
- Pour batter into a large, shallow, ramekin, sprayed with cooking spray
- Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
