Tangy, slightly sweet, lots of crunch, and super refreshing!
Ingredients
- 1 medium daikon radish about 1 1/2 cups
- 1/2 orange bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 stalk scallions finely chopped
- 2 tsp SweetEs Fusion Sweet
- 1/4 tsp mineral salt
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
- Wash, peel and shred radish. Add to mixing bowl.
- Add all other ingredients, toss well to combine.
