PinServings: 1 serving
Ingredients
- 8 oz unsweetened nut milk
- 6 oz water
- 3 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1 pinch mineral salt
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp peanut flour
- 1 tsp caramel extract
- 1/2 tsp butter extract
- 1 Tbsp MCT oil
- 1 cup fresh/frozen spinach
- 1/2 cup diced frozen okra
- 1/2 tsp glucomannan
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except eggs in high speed blender. Process on soup mode.
- At the 4 minute mark, add in eggs by removing inner lid, and pouring eggs in WITHOUT stopping the blender.
- Process 1-2 additional minutes. This is enough time to cook your eggs, if you are concerned.
Notes
If your blender is not equipped with soup mode, blend ALL ingredients until fully smooth, transfer to stovetop and cook, while whisking continuously for 3-5 minutes, over medium heat.

Sometimes you just want something warm and easy for breakfast – Snickers Drinkable Custard to the rescue! I don’t have a blender with soup mode so I mixed all ingredients (except the eggs) in the blender then poured most of it into a microwavable cup and heated the mix. Then I put it back in the blender and added the eggs and mixed for a minute. It hit the spot!
Way to improvise!
Could I put collagen in this recipe?
You can add collagen to pretty much anything. I’d recommend adding this at the end of the “cooking cycle”.
I cannot have eggs. Would collagen be appropriate to substitute?
First time making a drinkable custard. It is surprisingly tasty! Warm, thick and satisfying. I’m not going to be hungry in an hour! Thank you for sharing your recipes!!
That’s the point, to satisfy us and keep us full. You’re welcome!
really enjoyed this! Tripled the recipe for our family but it made an insane amount! I’ll refrigerate some for the am! 🙂 thanks a bunch! btw: didn’t have caramel, so i used pb & chocolate
It’s massive, so tripling it…I can only imagine what it yields!
