Quick and easy and out the door. A nutritious breakfast or anytime drink loaded with good for you yumminess and superfoods.
•Requires blender with soup mode•
Ingredients
- 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
- 6 oz water
- 1 cup fresh/frozen spinach
- 1 tsp MCT oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp Nutiva buttery coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp SweetEs Superfoods Boost Powder
- 3 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1 pinch mineral salt
- 1/4 tsp glucomannan
- 1 whole egg
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 2 Tbsp SweetEs CWSM
Instructions
- Place all ingredients EXCEPT the last three, in blender.
- Set to soup mode (8 minutes) and run. Blender will count down from 8 minutes to zero
- At the 3 minute mark (5 minutes into blending), add last three ingredients by removing inner lid and pouring in. Do not stop blender. Blend until cycle ends.

Wish there was an alternative method of prep! I don’t have a soup mode blender and don’t See one in the near future. ? sounds delish. You can never have too many Deep S type treats!
Alternative method is to blend it all minus the eggs until completely smooth. Pour blended mixture into saucepan and heat for 4-5 minutes, remove from heat, then set aside. Temper the eggs, then add them in. Temper eggs by placing them in a a bowl or cup, beat with a fork, then add 1 tbsp of hot liquid while simultaneously mixing vigorously to keep eggs from scrambling. Repeat until you’ve tempered in 5 tbsp, then whisk tempered mixture into saucepan, while whisking. The heat from the drink will cook the eggs. The tempering will keep it from scrambling.
