Learning how to use superfoods or which ones work together, can sometimes be daunting or confusing. Here’s an easy combo to keep on hand and use in complementary drinks.
Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp baobab
- 2 Tbsp Moringa powder
- 2 tsp glucomannan
- 1 tsp powdered ashwagandha
- 2 Tbsp MCT oil powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and in small bowl. Whisk to combine
- Store in mason jar
- Use 1-2 tsp in fruity or citrusy drinks and smoothies.
