Ingredients

  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 oz water
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup diced frozen okra
  • 1 tsp pineapple extract (If THM use 1/2 tsp)
  • 1 tsp banana extract (If THM use 1/2 tsp)
  • 1/2 tsp lemon extract
  • 1 tsp MCT oil
  • 3-4 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
  • 1 pinch mineral salt
  • 1 scoop whey protein isolate
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients except whey and ice in high speed blender - process on purée mode (1:40)
  • Add balance of ingredients- process on smoothie mode(50 seconds).
