Ingredients
- 1 oz Bakers chocolate 4 squares
- 1 Tbsp buttery coconut oil
- 3 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1/8 tsp mineral salt
- 1/4 tsp aluminum free baking powder
- 1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp caramel extract
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
- 1 Tbsp instant coffee granules optional
- 1 Tbsp hydrolyzed collagen peptides
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Place chocolate and coconut oil in microwave safe bowl - nuke for 30-60 seconds til melted - mix well -
- add all ingredients except egg- mix well
- Add egg mix until incorporated
- Microwave for 60 seconds
- Alternately, place in 2 small ramekins and bake at 350 for 10 minutes
- Makes one large single serving cake, or 2 small cakes
