Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whey protein isolate
- 1/2 cup hydrolyzed collagen peptides
- 1/2 cup oat fiber
- 1/4 cup whole psyllium husk
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 Tbsp aluminum free baking powder
- 1/4 tsp mineral salt
- 3/4 cup SweetEs fusion sweet
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Nutiva buttery flavor coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp cake batter extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all dry ingredients to mixing bowl, whisk to combine
- Add eggs and apple cider vinegar to bowl, mix in
- Add coconut oil and milk to mug or mixing cup, nuke for 30 seconds, then add to mix
- Add in extracts then mix well with mixing spoon
- Divide evenly into 12 cup muffin tins, bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
