Ingredients
- 10 oz hot water
- 1 bag green tea
- 1 bag turmeric tea optional
- 3 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp sunflower lecithin
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (if you’re brave - if not just a pinch
- 1 Pinch mineral salt
- 1 Tbsp baobab powder
- 1 tsp MCT oil less if you’re sensitive
- 1 Handful fresh/frozen spinach about a cup
Instructions
- Steep tea bags in hot water for 3 minutes.
- While tea is steeping, add all other ingredients to your high-speed, heat-safe blender.
- Pour tea into blender, purée til smooth.
