Ingredients
- 10 oz package Birdseye frozen brown rice
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1/4 tsp mineral salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp butter extract
- 1/2 tsp glucomannan
- 1 Tbsp hydrolyzed collagen peptides
Instructions
- Nuke rice according to package directions
- Place rice and other ingredients except glucomannan and collagen in saucepan over medium heat. Mix well.
- Allow to come to a gentle boil, stirring all the while, then add glucomannan and stir quickly to avoid it clumping, the add collagen and mix in.
- Remove from heat, divide into 3 servings - sprinkle with additional cinnamon if desired.
