Ingredients
- 1/2 c blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 c frozen diced okra
- 1/4 c old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 c 1% or 2% cottage cheese
- 1/4 c unsweetened cashew milk
- 3/4 c water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp CWSM
- 4 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1/2 tsp glucomannan
- 1 tsp MCT oil
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients in blender, purée til smooth
- Add 2 cups of ice, blend until broken up

I couldn’t believe I would like okra in anything, but I love this shake. So easy to get in my veggies this way.
It’s because you don’t taste the okra. That’s my goal!
