This sauce is so versatile it can be used to top pancakes, pour it over yogurt, as a topping for your cheesecake, or even on your toast. Or eat it straight from the jar! No rules, just enjoy!


Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp butter extract
- 1/2 tsp glucomannan
Instructions
- Place saucepan on stovetop over medium heat.
- Add first 5 ingredients and bring to a boil. Mash berries with potato masher or use immersion blender to break up berries.
- Add glucomannan and whisk briskly to combine.
- If you prefer a smoother sauce, pour into heat safe blender and blend briefly; return to saucepan and continue cooking for 5 minutes, whisking regularly.
- Store in mason jar.

Yes, reduce the water by one Tbsp (3 instead of 4…there are 4 in 1/4 cup)
I keep this sauce on hand all the time. I loved it paired with a lemon mousse and LF crepes.
