Baobab, Okra, Strawberries, Kale
How to get more kale and okra in your diet? Try this!
Note: you need a really good blender, as you’re blending a lot of frozen stuff in addition to an entire half of a lemon…peel and all. Check out the Dash blender under “Products I Use” from the drop down menu.
Ingredients
- 8 oz unsweetened nut milk
- 4 oz water
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen cut okra
- 1 cup frozen kale
- 1/2 medium sized lemon peel and all
- 2 Tbsp baobab
- 6 Tbsp SweetEs Fusion Sweet
- 1 pinch mineral salt
- 2 tsp banana extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp glucomannan
- 1/4 tsp aluminum free baking powder enhances flavor
- 1 tsp MCT oil
- 1/2 tsp sunflower lecithin
- 2 Tbsp hydrolyzed collagen peptides
- 1 scoop whey protein isolate
- 1-2 cups of ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients -except collagen, whey and ice- in high speed blender. Purée for 1:40
- Add last 3 ingredients, process for 50 seconds on high or smoothie mode
- Pour into several containers as this, like its cousin the Big BOSS, will not fit in any glass!!!
