Ingredients: 1/2 c 0% Greek yogurt (I use Fage); 1 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet; 2 heaping tsp defatted peanut flour; 1 scoop hydrolyzed collagen peptides; 1/2 tsp butter extract; 1/4 tsp caramel extract; Pinch of mineral salt; 1 medium apple- cored and chopped; 2 tsp of SweetEs Lite Chocolate Ganache; 1 tsp raw honey; Pinch unsweetened coconut flakes.

Ingredients

1/2 c 0% Greek yogurt I use Fage
1 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
2 heaping tsp defatted peanut flour
1 scoop hydrolyzed collagen peptides
1/2 tsp butter extract
1/4 tsp caramel extract
Pinch of mineral salt
1 medium apple- cored and chopped
2 tsp of SweetEs Lite Chocolate Ganache
1 tsp raw honey
Pinch unsweetened coconut flakes.

Instructions

Place first 7 ingredients in bowl -mix to incorporate
Add chopped apple- mix to coat
Drizzle tsp of honey & SweetEs Lite Chocolate Ganache over top
Sprinkle pinch of coconut flakes on top.
