REQUIRES BLENDER WITH SOUP MODE
Ingredients
- 8 oz water
- 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
- 1 cup frozen cut okra
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 Tbsp SweetEs Fusion Sweet
- 1 Tbsp instant coffee granules
- 1/2 tsp glucomannan
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp MCT oil
- 1 pinch mineral salt
- 2 Tbsp hydrolyzed collagen peptides
- 1/2 cup egg whites
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except collagen and egg whites in high speed blender. Process on soup mode (8 minutes)
- At the 6 minute mark of blending, (2 minutes left on countdown), remove inner lid with blender running - add last two ingredients. Process til cycle ends.
