This is a quick carb snack to satisfy those late night, or early afternoon, or anytime, cravings .. and you’ve gotta admit.. the name is fun to say!
Ingredients
- 3 light rye Wasa crackers
- 1/2 small banana or 1/4 of a large
- 1 recipe SweetEs Light Chocolate Ganache FP
- 2 Tbsp 0% Greek yogurt I use Fage
- 2 tsp SweetEs fusion sweet
Instructions
- Make the Ganache (I keep this in my fridge)
- Slice banana very thinly, set aside
- Place yogurt in small bowl or cup- add sweetener and mix well
- Layer as follows: Crackers, drizzle of ganache, thinly sliced bananas, more ganache, yogurt
- Lightly drag point of butter knife over mixture to create pattern
