I grew up eating some kind of porridge or another on most days for breakfast. I’m always on a quest to make new and interesting ones since being on THM. I always try to infuse them with healing superfoods and this one is no different….but if you don’t like coconut, you won’t like this one! Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Place nut-milk in saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add all other ingredients except glucomannan to pan, whisk well to mix.
  • Continue whisking and bring mixture to a rolling boil, then add glucomannan -whisking vigorously to be sure it dissolves.
  • Cook one additional minute. Remove from heat. Mixture will thicken upon standing.
