Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup of large coconut flakes
- 3 Tbsp unsweetened almond butter can sub in peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp mineral salt
Instructions
- Heat butter in skillet over medium high heat. As butter begins to just brown, add coconut flakes and mix well.
- Add balance of ingredients stirring to incorporate. Let cook/toast, stirring continually so mixture does not burn - 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and scrape mixture onto parchment lined platter. Flatten/smooth with spatula. Refrigerate until firm.
- Cut into 6 pieces.
