This is a “dump and scoop” quick cookie mix. Short and sweet and yummy.
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz Bar cream cheese
- 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 large egg
- 2/3 cup SweetEs Fusion Sweet
- 1/4 tsp mineral salt
- 1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
Instructions
- Dump all ingredients in mixing bowl. Using hand-mixer, mix on medium til fully combined
- Using cookie scoop, drop mounds 2” apart onto parchment lined cookie sheet
- Bake for 10 minutes at 400, remove from oven. Flatten mounds with fork. Return to oven, bake an additional 7-8 minutes.
