Crunchy, nutty and sweet! Great topping for anything!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 pinch mineral salt
- 1/2 cup SweetEs Fusion Sweet
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp caramel extract
- 1 cup large unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- Place butter in 10” frying pan over Med high heat, allow to melt.
- Add sweetener and salt and whisk to combine.
- Add vanilla and caramel, whisk in.
- Add in both sizes of coconut flakes, mix well to coat.
- Stir continuously until flakes become lightly toasted.
- Use immediately by spooning over your favorite dessert.
