Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese room temp
- 13 oz can coconut cream not milk
- 1/3 c heavy cream
- 3/4 c SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1/4 tsp mineral salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place cream cheese and coconut cream in food processor. Process on low until combined.
- Add balance of ingredients, process on high until mixed.
- Pour into ice cube trays, freeze until firm.
- To serve, return cubes to food processor, blend until creamy.
Notes
**for Chocolate chip version, add 1/4 cup Lilys chocolate chips

Can you please clarify? For the ingredients is it heavy cream or cream cheese? Ingredients say heavy cream and instructions say cream cheese. Thank you!
So sorry. The first cream cheese was inadvertently left off (working through the kinks on a new recipe system). It is there now. BOTH heavy cream and cream cheese are used in this recipe.
