Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp oat fiber
- 1 Tbsp SweetEs Slimming Blend
- 1 tsp aluminum free baking powder
- 1 tsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1 Pinch mineral salt
- 1 Tbsp buttery coconut oil
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Place all items in a mug, mix well.
- To make more bun-like place in cereal bowl or mini quiche bowl and nuke for 1 minute.
- Alternately bake at 350 for 5 minutes.

Added a little adobo seasoning to this recipe, some dehydrated onion and seasonings and made the most perfect sandwich roll.
I used this as a hamburger buns and it worked great!
