How do I get started?
Read the first 10 chapters of the book.
Do I have to buy all of that stuff?
That depends. Do you like baked goods, such as cookies, cakes and muffins? If yes, then you’ll need to buy stuff to make these items as we don’t use conventional flours.
Can I eat this or that?
Again it depends on what it is, and if it fits the plan. See #2 above.
Do I need all the special stuff like collagen and whey and MCT oil?
My suggestion is to read chapters 17 & 18 of the plan book mentioned in #1, then decide for yourself.
How many meals of each type should I have?
If you can do a 50/50 split between each one, then do. It’s best to do with with single fuel days. Switching from one to the other daily. If not I’d recommend a 60/40 or 70/30 with the higher % being healthy fat meals.
