Packed with superfoods, this porridge is yummy, satisfying and healing
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet add more if you want it sweeter
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp Nutiva buttery coconut oil
- 1 Pinch of mineral salt
- black pepper not optional
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except pepper in saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir to incorporate, let cook 2-4 minutes- pour into bowl, sprinkle with black pepper

This , for me, is a calorie Bomb. Is there a way to cut down the calories? Maybe use 1/4 c coconut with something else? That’s 500 ish calories right there. Most THM ladies don’t count calories, but I have to. Suggestions? I’d love to try this ?
Feel free to swap out the coconut milk for almond milk if you’d like. I do not count calories but I’m mindful of what I ingest. Something like this I’d balance with a lighter lunch and I would only have it on occasion. As long as you don’t eat this daily, it is perfectly fine as is.
