Ooey gooey macadamia nut cookies with white chocolate chips! Can I just say yum!!!
Ingredients
- 1 cup SweetEs Fusion Sweet
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 tsp mineral salt
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/2 cup butter room temperature
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup Lily’s white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add first six ingredients to mixing bowl. Mix with hand mixer on medium until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
- Add egg and vanilla- mix on high til incorporated
- Add nuts and chips, mix until just combined.
- Using cookie scoop, place mounds 2” apart on parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes at 375 - remove from oven, flatten cookies with spatula (add more chips if desired) return to oven for 5 more minutes. Total baking time is 15 minutes.
