Need a caffeine boost in the morning, but aren’t fond of coffee? Here’s a nice, rich, velvety latte, that’s a perfect alternative. It even includes your necessary veggies!
Ingredients
- 8 oz unsweetened nut milk I used almond
- 2 bags oolong tea
- 1/2 tsp SweetEs Super Powder Blend
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch mineral salt
- 1 tsp MCT oil
- 2 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1 handful frozen spinach
- 2 Tbsp SweetEs CWSM
Instructions
- Heat milk to just before boiling, add tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes - remove tea bags
- Pour hot mixture into heat safe high speed blender.
- Add powder, cinnamon, salt, MCT and spinach, process on purée (1:40 on Dash) until creamy
- Add CWSM- blend until just combined.
