Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 3 packages Miracle Noodle Angel Hair “pasta” 7oz each
- 1/2 cup chopped assorted bell peppers
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp mineral salt
- 2 tsp dried garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 14 oz jar no sugar added marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Brown sausage in skillet
- While sausage is browning, pour pasta into colander under hot running water.
- Drizzle with apple cider vinegar- rinse well and drain.
- Using kitchen shears, cut strands of noodles if desired.
- Remove browned sausage from skillet, pour drained noodles in.
- Add all seasonings plus marinara - mix in and allow to cook for 10 minutes stirring frequently.
- Add cottage and parm cheeses - stir
- Top with mozzarella- then bake for 10 minutes at 400
